Safe Care is a professional facilities management company specially for commercial and domestic soft services and hard services in Sri Lanka. We are well established and recognized facilities management company and specially a truly Sri Lankan company. What makes us different is our reputable name, superior management system with Locally & Globally accepted standards and professional inhouse training to all of our staff. We have built a solid foundation as a result of our strong relationship with our bottom to top level staff, stakeholders and clients. The majority of our clientele is gained through recommendations.
Organization Objectives
- To be the Market leader in Sri Lanka to provide total facilities management solutions andbe within first 5th of leading facilities management companies by 01st January 2030.
- Reduce unnecessary cost every year by 5% from the total cost of the company as at 31st March 2020 and increase revenue by 10% by taking total revenue as at 31st March 2020.
- Comparing the usage as at 31st March 2020, increase the utility of environmentally friendly equipment and latest technology by 50% by increasing and maintaining customer satisfaction above 95% by 31st March 2026.
- Offer above 80% employment opportunities from the company staff for low income generated by 31st December 2025. Develop staff skills through leading them to training programs to achieve the company vision, mission, quality policy and quality objectives and qualify 90% of the total workforce of the organization in the fields of facilities management by 31st March 2026.
